Access Control System Installation Process Standards
Construction Preparation, Front-end Equipment: Mainly includes access control host, computer (with built-in system management software), printer, uninterruptible power supply, etc. Terminal Equipment: Mainly includes access control controller, electric lock, electromagnetic lock, exit button, card reader, password keyboard, etc. The above equipment and materials should be selected according to design requirements. They must have product qualification certificates, quality inspection reports, installation and usage instructions, etc., and must be certified by the 3C standard, with the 3C certification mark. If it is an imported product, the import commodity inspection certificate should be provided. Before equipment installation, all checks should be carried out according to the installation manual before installation.
Galvanized materials, galvanized steel pipes, galvanized cable trays, metal expansion bolts, metal flexible hoses. Other materials, plastic expansion tubes, machine screws, flat washers, spring washers, connection terminals, drills, solder, flux, insulating tape, plastic tape, various joints, etc. Tools and equipment, electric drills, impact drills, ladders, levels, lines, plummet, wire cutters, wire strippers, electrician knives,一字-shaped screwdrivers, cross-shaped screwdrivers, pointed pliers, offset pliers, 250V megohmmeter, 500V megohmmeter.
Construction Conditions, Management indoor civil engineering should be completed with interior decoration. Doors, windows, door locks should be fully assembled and complete. Management indoor, weak current shafts, other public parts within the building and the surrounding wiring trenches, conduits, pipes, boxes, and covers should be completed. The positions of all reserved holes, embedded parts, the diameter of the line conduits, and the laying positions of the pipelines should all comply with the design and construction requirements.
Operation Methods, Pipe Pre-burial, refer to the content of the pipe pre-burial standard. Controller Box Installation, the box plate and frame should be in close contact with the building surface. Do not weld the box with the pre-buried pipe opening using electric welding or gas welding. The general installation position of the controller box should be determined according to the design. If there are no specific requirements, the installation height of the card reader and exit button should be 1.4m, and the distance from the door frame should be 0.1m. The installation height of the electric lock should be 1.1m.
Cable Laying, When laying cables, they should be arranged neatly, not twisted, and the crossings should be minimized. The thicker cable should be placed below the thinner cable. When multiple cables are threaded into the pipe, they should not be twisted with each other, and there should be no joints in the pipe. The joints must be connected at the junction box (box) and the controller box should be connected to the ceiling with a protective sleeve buried in the wall or an iron water pipe to improve the anti-theft system's resistance to damage. The ends of the laid cables must be marked, and the shielding layer of the shielded cable must be reliably grounded at one end.
Terminal Equipment Installation, when installing terminal equipment, holes should be opened on the door frame and door leaf in coordination with the relevant specialties. The installation positions of the card reader, exit button, electric lock, and electromagnetic lock should comply with the design and product manual requirements. If there are no special requirements, the installation height of the card reader and exit button should be 1.4m, and the distance from the door frame should be 0.1m. The installation height of the electric lock should be 1.1m.
Terminal Equipment Installation, the installation of the card reader should be close to the wall, with no gaps around it, firmly installed, complete accessories, and the card reader should generally be directly fixed on the concealed bottom box with special machine screws, paying attention to a firm and reliable fixation to keep the panel upright. ) According to the wiring requirements of the design and product manual, connect the wires extending from the box to the wiring terminals of the card reader. Before installing the electromagnetic lock and electric lock, check whether the specifications and models of the lock are compatible with the installation position, height, type of the door, and the direction of the switch. Electromagnetic Lock Installation: First, install the fixing plate and backing plate of the electromagnetic lock on the door frame and door leaf respectively, then push the electromagnetic lock into the slot of the fixing plate to fix it, and connect the wires according to the diagram. Install the electric control lock on the metal door frame. The wires can be run through a flexible plastic tube along the door frame and enter the junction box at the top of the door frame. For the wooden door frame, a junction box and a steel pipe can be installed on the outside of the electric control lock for the junction box.
For the equipment wiring and debugging, before wiring, re-test the insulation between the wires and to the ground. The equipment in the machine room is connected using dedicated wires. The wire ends of each branch are crimped, and the equipment and shielding wires should be crimped for the protective ground wire. The grounding resistance is connected using a combined grounding method, and the value should not exceed 1Ω. During wiring, follow the wiring diagram of the equipment strictly. After wiring, check again to ensure there are no errors. Connect the system management host, UPS power supply, printer and other equipment according to the design drawings and product instructions. Install the access control system management software on the system management host and perform initialization settings. Test the various functions of the system software according to the operation steps in the system software manual.
Finished product protection: When installing terminal equipment, pay attention to keeping the ceiling and walls clean. During the work of other trades, be careful not to damage the system equipment. In the machine room, take measures to prevent dust, moisture, pollution and water. To prevent damage to equipment and loss of components, promptly close the doors, lock them and assign a person to be responsible.
Quality issues to be noted: The connection between equipment and main lines or between main lines and terminals is not firm; promptly check and tighten the loose parts. When using shielded cables, the outer copper mesh should not touch the core wire; according to the requirements, the outer copper mesh should be separated from the core wire, and the crimping should be particularly noted. When welding with solder oil, the non-welding parts should not be contaminated. After welding, promptly wipe off the solder oil with cotton wool (cloth strips). Due to the ungrounded shield wire or equipment, interference will occur. Press the shield wire and the ground wire of the equipment firmly as required.
