The battery online monitoring system is an advanced, fully-functional, well-configured, stable, reliable and anti-interference system. It can monitor the total voltage, total current, individual battery voltage, individual battery internal resistance, individual battery temperature and environmental temperature of the power supply in real time. When any parameter exceeds the threshold, it will automatically alarm and predict deteriorating batteries.
Each battery is equipped with a module to monitor its voltage, internal resistance and temperature. The TA modules are connected to each other through a communication bus and then connected to the convergence module. The convergence module reads the data monitored by each TA module in turn, and then analyzes, processes, saves and displays the data. The data is uploaded to the monitoring center through the communication port.
The hardware functions include: real-time monitoring of the voltage of each battery, the temperature of the battery terminals, and the internal resistance of each battery; the voltage of the battery pack, the charging and discharging current, and the environmental temperature; and online thermal runaway monitoring. Secondly, it can automatically measure the internal resistance of the battery at regular intervals without manual intervention. It can automatically obtain the reference internal resistance value of each battery and solidify it, and then judge the condition of the battery through the automatic horizontal and vertical analysis and comparison of the internal resistance.

The main analysis functions of the battery monitoring system include: automatically analyzing the remaining capacity of the battery, whether the battery is failed or needs activation, the voltage of individual batteries during float charging, identifying batteries that need charging, analyzing the voltage of individual batteries during float charging, identifying overcharged batteries, and analyzing the float charging voltage of the battery pack to determine whether the voltage of the charger is too high or too low.
