  In the context of the digital age, the cabinet serves as the core carrier for IT equipment and industrial control modules. The internal temperature and humidity environment of the cabinet directly affects the lifespan of the equipment and the continuity of business operations. The traditional manual inspection method has been unable to meet the efficient operation requirements of modern data centers and other facilities. The intelligent temperature and humidity monitoring system has become the key defense line to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

  The hazards of uncontrolled temperature and humidity include the impact on electronic components due to temperature rise. For every 10°C increase in temperature, the service life of the equipment shortens, and in some cases, it can even be shortened by 50%. The ideal operating temperature for conventional electronic components should be controlled within the range of 18-27°C. Humidity also poses a high threat. When the operating environment is below 30% RH, static electricity (2000V static electricity can break through the chip) will occur, and when the humidity is above 65%, the circuit board will be corroded. Areas such as server air outlets are prone to significant fluctuations in temperature and humidity. Traditional monitoring methods are difficult to capture these changes.

  The intelligent monitoring solution should have core technical indicators such as measurement accuracy of ±0.3°C for temperature and ±5%RH for humidity. The sampling frequency can be adjusted from 1 second to 30 minutes, meeting the needs of different scenarios. The transmission performance can be transmitted using TCP/IP protocol with a delay of ≤50ms and a disconnection reconnection time of ≤3s.
