Design of Battery Online Monitoring System
Monitoring Contents: Real-time monitoring of voltage, internal resistance, surface temperature, etc. of each battery cell in the machine room. In case of a fault, an alarm will be sent to the monitoring platform. Implementation Method: By installing a battery internal resistance monitoring module and connecting it to each battery, the battery monitoring module uses the RS485 intelligent interface and communication protocol to transmit signals in a bus manner to the serial port of the monitoring host. The monitoring platform software conducts real-time monitoring of the battery.
Implemented Function: Real-time monitoring of the single-cell voltage, internal resistance, surface temperature, and group voltage parameters of each battery pack. Once a battery fails, the system will trigger an alarm, generate an alarm event for recording and storage, and provide corresponding handling prompts. It will also immediately send out alarms through phone dialing, APP, WeChat, mobile text messages, on-site sound and light, etc.
