In the context of the digital era, cabinets serve as the core supporting units for IT equipment and industrial control modules, and their internal temperature and humidity environment directly affects equipment lifespan and business continuity. Traditional manual inspection methods have been unable to meet the efficient operation and maintenance needs of modern computer rooms, data centers, and the like. Intelligent temperature and humidity monitoring systems are becoming a crucial line of defense for ensuring stable equipment operation.

The hazards of uncontrolled temperature and humidity are significant. Electronic components are affected by temperature increases, with a 10℃ rise reducing their lifespan by up to 50%. The ideal operating temperature for conventional electronic components should be controlled within the range of 18-27℃. Humidity also poses a high threat. When the operating environment has a humidity level below 30%RH, static electricity can be generated (2000V static electricity can break down chips), and humidity levels above 65%RH can lead to corrosion of circuit boards. Areas such as server air vents are prone to severe temperature and humidity fluctuations, which are difficult to capture with traditional monitoring methods.

The core technical specifications required for an intelligent monitoring solution include measurement accuracy of ±0.3 for temperature and ±5%RH for humidity. The sampling frequency is adjustable from 1 second to 30 minutes, meeting the needs of different scenarios. The transmission performance can be achieved using TCP/IP protocol, with a latency of ≤50ms and a disconnection reconnection time of ≤3s.

The magnetic sensor revolutionizes the installation method by utilizing strong magnetic materials that can withstand a 1.5kg tensile force without detaching. With its compact size, it fits seamlessly into 1U cabinet gaps, enabling quick and hassle-free installation without drilling, and without compromising the structure of the cabinet.

The transmission ensures reliability, with the RJ45 interface supporting automatic switching between primary and backup links. It is compatible with the RS485 industrial protocol, boasts a transmission distance of up to 1200 meters, supports the Modbus-RTU standard protocol, and seamlessly integrates with mainstream monitoring platforms.

Intelligent management functions, multi-level early warning, such as push notifications via phone, APP, WeChat, sound and light + SMS. It also features linkage control, automatically starting and stopping air conditioning, fans, and other equipment through relays. It supports Web/mobile parameter configuration and data query, and can integrate smoke, water leakage, and other monitoring modules. Through intelligent transformation, cabinet environment monitoring has entered a new stage from passive response to active prevention, providing a solid infrastructure guarantee for digital transformation.
