     Energy Consumption Monitoring System Requirements for a Certain Factory Area

 

   In order to further respond to relevant energy-saving policies, implement energy-saving plans, upgrade energy-consuming equipment in the factory area, and cultivate good energy management habits, an intelligent control system is proposed to optimize and achieve the energy-saving goals of the factory area. The following energy consumption monitoring requirements are put forward:

 

1. Real-time monitoring of energy consumption of key production equipment, such as foil-making machines, surface treatment machines, and polishing devices. The monitoring parameters include power parameters and safety parameters, such as forward and reverse active energy, reactive energy, power factor, voltage and current, power, leakage current, cable temperature, cabinet door switch status and time, etc. At the same time, real-time monitoring of the energy consumption of related production equipment is also required, such as forward and reverse active energy, reactive energy, power factor, voltage and current, power.

 

2. Real-time monitoring of energy consumption in each office area of the factory and reverse control. In case of abnormal electricity usage, remote power cut-off and restoration control can be implemented.

 

3. Real-time monitoring of power supply in the main circuits of the distribution room to ensure power supply safety and improve power supply quality, such as monitoring transformer temperature, fan start and stop, active energy, reactive energy, voltage and current, power factor, etc.

 

4. Analysis of energy loss in various levels of electricity meters and provision of historical loss reports to accurately identify abnormal energy loss circuits and time points.

 

5. Abnormal alarm for various electricity usage data in the factory area, such as abnormal states like voltage loss, current loss, and over-power, low power factor, high reverse active energy, sudden increase in energy consumption, excessively high cable and transformer temperatures, open cabinet doors, and abnormal energy consumption in office areas at night.

 

6. Provision of data interfaces to report data to the data center and integration of the production system with the energy consumption system through MES and other systems to statistically analyze relevant data, such as energy consumption and cost per unit product, capacity ratio, and energy consumption comparison of different production lines.

 

7. A total of 6 indoor and outdoor gas monitoring points, with 4 in the initial stage, and 4 water quality monitoring points, with 2 in the initial stage.
